Scope This company work from home policy applies to all our employees who prefer working from
home.
Work from home arrangements can be occasional, temporary or permanent. Reasons that could
demand telecommuting include but are not limited to:
Parenting
Bad weather
Overlong commute
Other reasons for working from home depend on employees and managers’ judgement.
Everyone should do assign work and principal work; report should send on
WhatsApp and or email.
Due to any work team leader or management can do call and that person
should available on call otherwise it seems that person is on leave.
Due to any emergency or urgent work we can call to any employee on office
or work place in that case that person should come and complete their task, if
person will not come in that case, we can consider that person is on leave.
Everyone should take care of customers and attend their calls, issues,
problem and share to seniors or and management so we can think for
solutions.
Everyone should take care of office belongings like mobile, laptop, important
papers or data and make sure that it will safe and secured.
Management or seniors have rights to ask location either they want or have
doubt.
If anyone out of pune without permission of management in that case we will
not liable to pay the salary.
If any person is not feeling well or unable to do work on any particular day or
want to do part time in that case person should take permission or and inform
to HR department.
Everyone should do work as per need, allocate and required by the seniors or
management on the same day and do report time to time and as and when
required.
If anyone failure to send the report in time frame or found that report is false
in that case, we will deduct double salary.
Advise to do work from home but wear casual or semi casual cloths so it will
look nice when we will do and conduct video conference call.
Please avoid to go outside from city and take care of family.
Those are doing work as office assistant or back office work, they should ready for
any task or emergency work those we will inform time to time.
We mentioned guideline for below departments so team leader should check and
allocated to work in their team and inform to management.
Engineering department
Do analysis for completed work in terms of costing, quantity, wastage and
savings.
Do estimation of next wing H & I
Do estimation of SSV plot building
Do estimation of Lohegaon Ghule plot
Do estimation of Bakori 331 plot
Do estimation of Maple Woodz commercial building
Do cost analysis for Community hall till now and costing for finishing work.
Do analysis of maintenance work / complain work done cost and item wise.
Prepare all drawing set to handover to society of county
Complete pending task related to ssv or woodz
Complete pending task related to county phase 1 and phase 2
Do cost analysis of G wing.
Cost analysis for saje plot and costing for proposed development for next
phase.
Cost for further development work at saje
Plan for next year strategy April 2020 to march 2021 for Eng dept.
Every person visit on site once a week.
Do call to supervisor and security staff every day and time to time
Take photo from them from site every day in morning to confirm attendance
Check maintenance new call and ask them for photo and mail and forward to
engineering team.
Do random visit in a day or alternate day to check all agencies work.
Give safety instructions to all agencies while they are on site and on duty.
Reply and report for maintenance complain.
Do visit on other plots periodically.
