and control. It is risk that is arising out of manipulation of financial markets ,mis selling
etc .Minimising the conduct risk would led to achievement of long term business goals. So
for kotak bank has separate processes for it that manages conduct risk and policies that
guide staff in dealing with prevention of conflict of interest, employee conduct and dealing
with proprietary and confidential information so that they conduct themselves ethically.
 Moderate impact high action – Reputation risk is where management efforts are required.
It is risk that results from poor management of other risks and can arise out of sources
including like poor financial performance ,poor governance etc. As this risk is integrated with
capital adequacy assessment process and it is difficult to quantify so kotak bank has
adopted a scorecard approach to assess the risk drivers and overall level of reputation.
