Lighting Information: Solutions:

Bright warm ceiling lights fill the room –
Incandescent lighting
Limited natural lighting from the window due
to the window facing away from the sun
Ceiling lighting does not provide the best effect
on a person’s face, therefor I will be using an
LED panel on a tripod to even out the lighting
on my face

Mirror provides some reflection but not enough

Sound Information: Solutions:

Relatively soundproof room with very little None needed as the room is quiet
sound from the window (close to none).
No other machines or potential noises in the
room

Some reverb occurs however as it is a video call

interview this cannot be eliminated and does
not matter as I am not including my audio in
the edit, only the interviewees

Power Information: Solutions:

The LED panel requires a plug into a plug socket
and has the option for a rechargeable battery.
The Laptop has an 11-hour average battery life
on mid power settings and can be plugged into
a socket if necessary
Hazards:
The room will be closed to keep the hazards to
a minimum however as the LED will be plugged
in via cable, I could trip on it when moving
around the room when setting up for the
interview.
I will plug the light into a plug socket to avoid
the risk of the battery dying mid interview and
is only really for the purpose of a professional
lighting on myself in the interview as I am not
including footage of myself
The laptop will be fully charged however I will
have the cable on standby if it needs to be
plugged in for any reason and I will run the
laptop on a higher power setting for the best
quality video call.
Solutions:
I will plug in the light last once I am in position
for the interview and everything is set up. I will
also make sure there is a clear walk way around
the equipment in case I need to move around
for any reason.
