These are all-purpose most popular internet packs. Choose a pack according to the need. Once pack volume is
exhausted, 1paisa / 10KB charge will be applied and speed will be reduced to 128kbps to protect from bill-shock. To

Purchasing Pack
To activate any pack online, please click on “Purchase and follow the instructions.
Alternatively, to activate any pack through USSD channel, dial the respective activation code from below
table.
To activate through SMS channel, please type the respective keyword and send to 5000 (activation SMS is
Free of Charge). Activating any pack through SMS channel will activate auto-renew by default. You can turn
off renewal after pack is purchased

Renewal Setting
Dial *5000*566# and reply with 1 to turn on renewal or reply with 2 to turn off auto-renewal.
Alternatively, to turn off auto-renewal, type "renew off vol" and send to 5000 and to turn on auto-renewal, type
"renew on vol" and send to 5000.

Deactivating a pack
To deactivate a pack from this group using USSD, please dial *5000*536#.
Deactivate a pack through SMS, type "stop vol" and send to 5000
Once a pack is unsubscribed / deactivated, any unused volume will be forfeited.

Smart Volume Packs

These are relatively lower priced packs than generic volume packs; however, there are some restrictions. During
peak hours (6:00pm to 2:00am), P2P file transferring, FTP download, streaming are not allowed. Ideal for users with
off-peak heavy services with light browsing during peak hours. To check pack balance, dial *5000*500#.

Social Media Packs

If you are only specific service user like Facebook, Viber, WhatsApp, you can choose from following packs. However,
outside browsing charges will be subject to other pack you avail. So, if it is a case that you are heavy user of either
of the services like Facebook / WhatsApp / Viber, but require very low amount of data for outside browsing, we
recommend you to continue using 1 generic volume based pack and one service specific pack at the same time.

Recharge Packs
Internet pack activations now made easy. Simply top-up the exact amount in one complete i-top up transaction and
get the internet pack activated. No money will be added in main account. Alternative to recharging through i-top up,
there are internet scratch cards as well. Currently, there is a 32MB / 3day internet scratch card @Tk. 9 in all retail
outlets in Bangladesh. To check recharge pack’s remaining internet balance, simply dial *124*50#.
