INTRODUCTION
This Proposal is submitted under the Provision 2 of the Prestigious and Long-awaited
Housing Policy of the Government of Rajasthan, “Chief Minister's Jan Avas Yojna-
for 100% EWS Component. The Promoter Firm and the Promoters possess combined
Assets with Financial Strength and Background of having past experience in the

INTRODUCTION
This DPR is submitted under the Provision 2 of the Prestigious and Long-awaited Housing Policy of the
Government of Rajasthan, “Chief Minister's Jan Avas Yojna-2015”. The Promoter Firm and the Promoters

This policy named as “Chief Minister's Jan Avas Yojna-2015” is framed as an improvement over the
previous schemes with the goal of “Affordable Housing for All”, specially aimed at poor section of the

The project is undertaken in the pursuance of Provision 2 of the Chief Minister's Jan Avas Yojna-2015,
which entail the Development of Affordable Houses by Private Developer on Private Land in Partnership –
In a Scheme of minimum 2 hectares minimum 50% area will be used for construction of EWS/LIG units

The Project also envisages the Water Harvesting System that will be set-up on the top
of each tower.
The Projects also incorporates the Development of the Local Market to fulfill the
general and basic requirements of the people residing in the flats. For this, the
provision is also there for the Commercial Shops with dimensions of 10X10, 15X10 and
20X10 ft. The land will also be provided for Park/Plantation Facility/Common
Purpose, as required.

The Quality Control Laboratory will be established at the site of the project to
facilitate the Third Party Inspection, accredited by NABL, so that the quality of the
work may be maintained. The general specifications and amenities as prescribed will
be provided.

Shri Manmohan Raj Singhvi
Shri Manmohan Raj Singhvi aged 70 years, is graduated from Jodhpur University.
After graduation, he started his career in Business and with his dedicated efforts, hard
work and a keen desire for success, he succeeded well in dealing with Dolomite,
Chemicals, Marble and Granites. He has been positioned as the Chairman of Best
Capital Services Limited from 1996 to 2002. He has contributed with so much
productivity and concrete results in the sphere of Urban Development that led to the

Education, he set-up Two Trusts namely, Shanti Suri Education Trust in 2007 and

Our Financial strength is a major satisfying and encouraging factor. The Promoters
are governing two Trusts and three major colleges in the region with gigantic

Living Standard of the people is not reasonably good as their livelihood is mainly
dependent upon the Agriculture and employment in small scale industries located in
the region. Their family income also stands at low level which is not sufficient to
arrange for basic shelter. Thus, the demographic profile itself is a justification for

THE LOCALITY REQUIREMENTS & OUR STRENGTHS
The area under consideration, Umarda village, situated in the outskirt of Udaipur, is a
poor and deprived from development since long. The people residing here are
financially as weak as they cannot afford to have their own shelter with reasonable
facilities as the demographic profile also suggests the same. Our intervention, of
course with the guiding hand of the Government of Rajasthan, will help them enable to
convert their dream of shelter into a reality. To get a housing facility at such a lower
cost of Rs. 5 Lacs will be a turning point of their lives for which they have always
dreamt for.
We have a highly qualified and motivated team for execution dedicated to our mission
of societal wellbeing. The Managing team will be guiding light for them. We will put
our wholehearted efforts into making of Flats and Housing Facilities with best of
quality through the builders. The minor requirements based on the specific
requirement of this area and preferences of people will be taken proper care of in the
construction so that the expectations of the people approaching for Flats can be
matched.

We, the promoters of the Project assure to fulfill all the legal and financial
requirements underlying the project. We will abide by the Rules & Regulation as
prescribed by the Government of Rajasthan. We also assure that the Project shall be
completed within the stipulated period of time and with ascertainment of the
standards of quality, as set by the Government. We will furnish all the Estimations
after approval of the Project and all the financial details with cost figures and
supportive documents after the successful completion of the project to the competent
authority.
