Description DLDC TBF abnomal release happens if base-band hopping configured.

Cause Channel type judge error in allocation algorithm.
Impact Transmission fails with DLDC mode.
Severity Major
Solution Correct DLDC channel allocation algorithm.

Description BSN sequence in downlink PAN-field coded wrong if more than one
uplink NACK blocks exist.
Cause BSN sequence error in PAN-field coding algorithm.
Impact Bad uplink transmission performance.

Solution Correct PAN-field coding algorithm.
