Designing, Printing and Distribution of IEC Material

Introduction:

As part of the completion of the Weekly Iron and Folic Acid Supplementation pilot, CCPL intends to
engage the services of a highly creative Printing and Designing firm for the designing, printing and
distribution of the IEC material.

Assignment/Deliverables:
Flipcharts (Job Aids) for Teachers and Lady Health Workers (4-color printing (LotPot))

 Designing of the flipcharts

 Printing of the flipcharts

Terms of Reference:
1. Content design and specifications for development of the IEC Material will be decided in
close consultation with CCPL.
2. Design provided will include content, format/style, layout, styling, colour, placement of
photos, logo etc.
3. The Vendor will provide CCPL with proofs of all designs (title, layout, colours, fonts, etc.) for
reviews and approval prior to printing
4. Cost of the overall assignment will include designing, printing and delivery of IEC Material to
Schools.
5. CCPL will hold all copyrights to the published material.

Sequence of Deliverables:
Design Approval

Share creative design options of the IEC Material with corresponding illustrations & design elements
to get approval on the font design, size, paper, colour etc.

Printing and Delivery of IEC Material

Print and deliver after final approval from CCPL.

Duration of the Assignment

10 days from the signing of the contract. (4-days of Designing and 6 days of printing)

Payment Schedule:

All payment will be made after the deliverables received by CCPL

Quotations:

Quotations should include only financial proposal (Breakdown of each item)
