¾ When Running Tests Some Results May Appear As:


¾ NF – Not Found. The actual point was not found during the
binary search test.
¾ ITH – Current Too High. Occurs when the Required Current is
Above the Limit of the F6000 Instrument Source Configuration.
¾ VTH – Voltage Too High. Occurs when the Required Voltage is
Above the Limit of the F6000 Instrument Source Configuration
¾ FDS – Fault Duration Short. Occurs if the Specified Maximum
Fault Duration is Less than the Maximum Expected Operate
Time for a Test Point Being Run.
¾ TTD – Transient Time Duration is too long. Occurs if
the Test Current Requires a Transient Mode and the Time
Required for one of the States is greater than 1.5s.
¾ SChk – Sense Check error occurred.
¾ SRC – Source Error occurred
