Introduction

applications of automation is in the soft drink and other beverage industries, where a particular
liquid has to be filled continuously. For these kinds of applications. The trend is moving away
from the individual device or machine toward continuous automation solutions. Totally

Working:

In this system the bottle fill the automatically. There are no manually work. We use the +12V dc
power supply for relay .Relay is electronic ckt , there relay use +12V .Relay act as switching ckt.
Photoelectric sensor use for when bottle fill then sensor is detecting it pass the pulse to electric
ckt. The output of electric ckt is give to the relay. Relay use for switch ON/OFF operation. Then
give the output of relay to DC motor because rotate the disk after fill the bottle. Then next bottle
is come to next place under the valve, then again sensor is detecting and this pulse pass to
electric ckt. This process again and again.

Advantages:

1.Counting the number of objects places.

2.Easy analysis.

3.Completion of work on less time.

4.Human work can be reduced.

5.Less money.

Disadvantages:

1.Costly for small scale industries.
