In the present-day workplace, the question of whether to remain at one company as a salaryman

or take the gamble and establish one’s entrepreneurship has been lurking around ignited recently.
From my perspective, I argue that, with precise judgement and fierce determination, founding
one’s autonomous (?) business will bring entail great returns, hence and thereby being in
complete disagreement of the presented statement.
The first argument in favor of my claim is that those experiences of venturing into the
entrepreneur world could act as catalyst which would incentivize businessmen to seek for self-
improvement. Needs for The need for/ The requirement of professional networks of relationship,
weighing up pros and cons of each contract, making rational decisions at the right timing, all of
which contribute to a prospective future of one’s business, and shortcomings in doing so would
otherwise result in undesirable consequences. Hence, experienced businessmen are further
capable of resolving dilemmas, as they have refined themselves with first-hand experiences and
exposure to the harsh, nerve-wracking situations.
Another point is that to run one’s own business means involves being able to the ability to hold
administration over crucial sections, or in other words, to take the initiative. While a casual
employee is subjected to adhere to fixed rules, being the chief executive officer (CEO) will grant
oneself with ability to modify those rules to match one’s style of working. Therefore,
entrepreneurs could still find comfort at the workplace while being the most pressured position in
such organization.
In conclusion, the whole process of establishing an employment is seemingly a hazardous
turbulent whirlpool that if entrepreneurs managed to survive the initial hardships, then awaiting
them would be calm straits embedded with ever-fresh swarms of fish.
