250gr fulgi ovaz, 50 gr stafide(eu le hidratez in lapte de migdal incalzit un pic), 2 banane bine coapte,
350 ml lapte de migdale, 2 oua, 140 gr. affine, scortisoara (eu pun doua lingurite), 1 plic praf de copt.

Compozitia se lasa 2 ore, pentru a avea timp fulgii de ovaz sa se hidrateze bine!
