Shelby Lee Qian Hui, Owner and CEO

Shelby is the one who was the calmest person in our team. She needs to make all the
calls and responsibility to everything. She needs to find out the start-up’s strategy to
survive in the market. She also needs to build the board. The final calls that she make
mostly will about how the resources being divided. She also is the person that has a
very good coping skill when she faced difficulties. She won’t feel panic and run away
from the problem and let the others help her to solve it. Coping skills play an
important role because start up a business is not an easy job.

Goh Jia En, Owner and Manager

Jia En is the one who was the scrupulous person in the team. She needs to run the
whole space such as take-care all customers’ needs and wants. She needs to refill the
snacks if the snacks are almost finished. She also will help the customer with the
printing problem, the leisure equipment and the projector problem. She also needs to
make sure that the customer that comes in is member or non-member because the
pricing is different. She also needs to have patience and enthusiasm. During working,
enthusiasm can make the customer feel energetic and attract the customer come back
again. Patience is important too because she need to interact with the customer and
the customer may have some question or request.

Cheng Sin Yee, Owner and Manager

Sin Yee is the one who has the best mathematic skills in the team. She needs to do the
accounts of our business such as the assets, liabilities and the balance sheet. She also
needs to do the charts to show us the profits or lost. She also has the responsibility to
join in set the price for the entrance fee.

Leong Wai Hoo, Owner and Manager

Wai Hoo is the one who was the most creative in the team. He can use Photoshop
well, have different ideas to boost the business. He needs to design the poster, our
logo and the shirts. He also needs to run some survey to know more about what
actually people need so that we can stand out from the competitors.
Tan Xiao Wei, Owner and Manager

Xiao Wei is the one has experience this position before in our team. He need to mark
down the stock such as the snacks, A4 papers and printers ink so that he can restock
before running out the stock. Since we have some leisure equipment such as PS4 and
snooker table, he also need to do some maintainence on the pool table and buy some
new games so that customer won’t be bored about the games.
