I have always loved school and learning. In high school, I
was involved in the school’s top choirs and theatre
programs. I also took the child development classes needed
to work at the school’s preschool. I met some lifelong
friends (including my husband) during that part of my life,
and I learned how to reach outside of my comfort zone and
develop leadership skills. After college, I had a hard time
deciding what I wanted to do for a career, but I wanted to
keep going to school. Because of this, I earned my
Associates of Art in General Studies at Weber State. I
