terdapat unit dalam Akaun Unit Asas dan Akaun Unit Pelaburan sekiranya premium yang diperlukan tidak dibayar sepenuhnya.

. Units created in the Investment Unit Account from the PRUSaver premium, if any, can only be deducted to pay for insurance and
service charges for Basic Benefits in the event units in the Basic Unit Account are exhausted and No-Lapse Guaranteed/ No-Lapse
Provision (if applicable) is revoked. /

. While the cancellation of units to cover the monthly insurance and service charges may keep the policy in force, continuation of unit
deduction without paying the required premiums may result in early lapsation of the policy. /

. You are advised to continue the premium payment that is required under the contract. Alternatively, you may, subject to the
approval of the Company, and using the prescribed application form :
- vary the Basic Benefits and/or Riders (if any) with or without change to the premium; or
- pay a Regular/Single Top-up premium upon which the Company will allocate ninety-five per centum (95%) of such Top-up
premium towards purchase of units for Investment Unit Account; the unit price of the units so purchased shall be calculated in
the same manner as if those units are to be created; the payment of any Top-up premium shall not increase the Death Benefit.

Anda dinasihatkan supaya terus membayar premium yang diperlukan di bawah kontrak polisi anda. Sebaliknya, anda boleh, dengan
persetujuan Syarikat, dan dengan menggunakan borang yang ditetapkan :
- mengubah Manfaat Asas dan/atau Rider-rider (jika ada) dengan atau tanpa perubahan dalam premium; atau
- menokok premium tunggal/ tetap di mana Syarikat akan memperuntukan sembilan puluh lima peratus (95%) penokokan

dikira dengan cara yang sama sebagaimana unit-unit sepatutnya diwujudkan; pembayaran penokokan premium tidak akan
meningkatkan Manfaat Kematian.

Policy Sustainability Evaluation

The evaluation highlights the expected duration of your policy coverage based on your current fund value as well as possible factors that may
affect your policy coverage and steps you can take to enjoy continuous coverage until the end of the policy term. For more details on the
sustainability statement, you may refer to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) which are available on our website at
www.prudential.com.my/coverage.

To ease future management of policies' sustainability, we will be combining the Protection Unit Account (PUA) into the Basic Unit Account
(BUA) for policies with PUA (where applicable) moving forward. Rest assured that your policy benefits, coverage and total account unit/value
remains unchanged.
