Objectives:

1. To determine the socio-demographic profile of students

having these kind of misbehaviors?

2. To determine how often these misbehaviors usually happen?

3. To determine if these misbehaviors affect the students’

leaning competencies?

4. And to determine how the causes, factors, and environment

(school/home) affect a student’s behaviors, as it also

influence others?
 Definition of Terms

Teachers – person who teaches, especially in a school (Online

Dictionary LLC, 2020).

In this research, these are the people who are involved in

getting information and how their teaching methods can affect

one’s behavior in class.

Students - a person who is studying at a school or college

(Online Dictionary LLC, 2020).

In this research, these are the people who are the target of

the researchers in know how a students’ environment also affects

his/her learning competencies, behaviors, attitudes, and etc.

Behavior – the way in which one acts or conducts oneself,

especially toward others (Online Dictionary LLC, 2020).

In this research, it was used in describing the behavior of

one towards any elements in his/her environment.

Learning competencies – refers to systems of instruction,

assessment, grading, and academic reporting that are based on

students demonstrating that they have learned the knowledge and

skills they are expected to learn as they progress through their

education (Online Dictionary LLC, 2020).

 In this research, this term was used in how a students’

misbehavior towards his/her environment can affect his/her

learning competencies in everyday’s classes.

Environment – the aggregate of surrounding things, conditions, or

influences; surroundings; milieu (Online Dictionary LLC, 2020).

In this research, this term was used on how the environment

can affects one’s behavior in the school he/she is in.

Bullying – seek to harm, intimidate, or coerce (someone perceived

as vulnerable) (Online Dictionary LLC, 2020).

In this research, it was used on how these misbehaviors of

the students can lead to this higher case, which is the bullying

since it can also influence others.

Misbehaviors - the action of misbehaving; bad behavior (Online

Dictionary LLC, 2020).

In this research, it was used in order to describe the

behavior of a student in which misbehaving, means of having a bad

behavior.
