    Special Assignment

    Cost of Capital

    1. Choose any Two non-Banks or Insurance companies in the same sector


    from Saudi stock market.
    2. Write two ‘typewritten’ pages consisting the following :
    a. One paragraph on the Saudi Stock market including items such as
    historical introduction, date of inception, type of market,
    performance, and sectors included. etc…
    b. One paragraph, define the cost of capital and the Weighted
    Average cost of Capital (WACC).
    c. One paragraph, calculate WACC for the two chosen stocks.
    d. One paragraph, discuss your findings within Finance theories context.

    3. Deadline is: March 23, 2020.
