19-20 Cheer Meeting Notes 

February 12, 2020

Old Business    Feel the Love​-Reminder in the scroll, 


Spread the Love - Hug your  check doors to see if the person has 
Colleagues Campaign  already been hugged. Check to make 
  sure TAs have been hugged too!  
Waffee Wagon - Good but probably  -Midweek next week walk around 
last time due to not meeting Vender  and make sure the majority of the 
Agreement  staff has been hugged.  
   
Q&A Event/New Student Fair​ - ​   New Student Fair- 
Invite new (December and later) 
students and their parents. An 
invitation will need to be sent home. 
(8-8:30-Coffee & Donuts) 
~An opportunity to ask questions.  
~Can each grade level have a rep at 
the event?  
~2 grade levels at a table with an 
explanation of what goes on in that 
grade level

cookies and bring them in to share with staff. Maybe bring a copy of the 
recipe to put beside your cookie.   
■ Set Up Will occur in the morning before school; back conference room 
■ Cheer will supply something to put cookies in.  
○ 12/19-​Staff Dinner ​(Wear Tacky Sweater) 
● Winter Wonderland 12/6​-Show up 10 minutes early, PTA is setting everything up, we 
just have to volunteer  
○ Santa-get picture taken and go 
○ Cookie Decorating in Cafe- 
○ Ornament Decorating- 
○ Food Truck- Eat in cafe, clean up spills, make sure food doesn’t leave cafe 
○ Dance Crew 
○ Cake Walk (Music Room) 
○ Bookfair 
○ Bingo-Art Room 
○ Face Painting (2nd/3rd Grade Common Area- have reached out to high 
schoolers to paint faces; you are monitoring students  
● We do not have to decorate our hallways for the Winter Wonderland.  
● Request a parent volunteer(s) to come for your assigned book fair day.
