How to flash a phone

Step 1, Select Siemens->C62->Flash tab.

Step 2, Select software version.
Step 3, In the same row, select software subversion if needed. European
ends with 001-M.SSW, and Chinese ends with C01-M.SSW
Step 4, Select language pack region and you will see the languages which
that package contains.
Step 5, Select customization if needed.
Step 6, Press the “Flash” button.
How to recover a phone

Do this only when the software warms you to recover the phone.
This happens when flashing was not successfully finished.

Step 1, Select Siemens->C62->Flash tab.

Step 2, Press the “Recover” button.
How to read user code
Step 1, Select Siemens->C62->Maintenance tab.
Step 2, Press “Read user code” button.
How to unlock phone

Step 1, Select Siemens->C62->Maintenance tab.

Step 2, Press the “Unlock” button.
How to write OTP IMEI

Step 1, Select Siemens->C62->Maintenance tab.

Step 2, Type the desired IMEI number.
Step 3, Press “Write OTP” button.
How to work with empty phone

Step 1, Flash the phones as described in “How to flash a phone”

Step 2, Write the OTP IMEI as described in “How to write OTP IMEI”
Step 3, Unlock the phone as described in “How to unlock phone”
How to backup phone

Step 1, Select Siemens->C62->Maintenance tab.

Step 2, Select the range what you would like to backup by pressing one of
the “Software”, “EEprom” or “Full” buttons, or manually describe the range
between 00h and 80h.
Step 3, Press the Read button and specify a filename.
How to restore phone

Step 1, Select Siemens->C62->Maintenance tab.

Step 2, Select the range what you would like to restore by pressing one of
the “Software”, “EEprom” or “Full” buttons, or manually describe the range
between 00h and 80h.
Step 3, Press the “Write” button.
This operation needs 12Volts. Connect the power supply to the box’s
back beside the USB socket.
How to repair all CRC and 4 locks closed phones

Step 1, Restore the phone as described in “How to restore phone”

If you don’t have your own backup file, then you can find on our server in
the C62/Repair directory.
Step 2, Check the use OTP IMEI checkbox.
Step 3, Press the “Unlock” button.
