Executive Summary

We are inviting your Scotia Bank to become part of our event of charity as one of the sponsors.

We are organizing a Musial Concert for fundraising for patients of cancer. Your appearance in

this event will give us more exposure and popularity and on the other hand it will produce

benefits for your Scotia Bank as well. We aim to spread awareness around country about this

chronical disease and also raise fund for those who are not financially strong enough to cure this

disease themselves.

About Cancer

Globally rates of cancer affected people have been risen to 18.1 Million and new cases touché

total number of 9.6 Million. Every one in five men and one in eleven women die from this

chronic disease. There are some key factors that further explain intensity and severity of this

disease

 Unfortunately, according to latest statistic Cancer is found 2nd leading death cause in the

world, and it claimed foe an estimated 9.6 deaths in 2019. About 1 out of 6 fell in prey to

cancer.

 About 70% of deaths due to cancer take place in low income and middle-income

countries in the world.


 Approximately 1/3 of the death from cancer occurred due to 5 important behavioral

factors like risk of dietary, high mass index of body, low intake of fruit and vegetable,

lack of physical activities, usage of tobacco and alcohol.

 Cancer is also causing different infections like hepatitis and HPV.

 The usage of tobacco is the most important factor of risk and also responsible for 22% of

death of toll death.

Our organization is working for creating g awareness about disease of cancer and raising fund

for its treatment. Our vision is to create the cancer free society by improving function and quality

of life for people affected by Cancer, through awareness campaign, education and financial

support.

Objective for Event

The main objective of this event is to inspire, donation, participation and awareness. We are

trying to launch special appeal to attract donors for cure of cancer patients. In order to reduce the

cost of organizing event we have hired staff that will work voluntary. These volunteer through

out campaign will showcase the purpose of charity.


The Event

We are originating musical concert, in which the very popular brand of _________________ will

be participating. We are expecting that 5000 people will be joining us in this event. The only

way we are collecting money is to charge participation for entry fee and charge different

business to set up their stall within the premises. Meals and Drinks will be bought through

vouchers (If your Scotia Bank become part of sponsorship they may vouchers)

Target Audience

People belonging different school of thoughts, young and professionals. In short all who are

music lovers and also want to contribute in societal work.

Promotion:
WE are going to publish different ads in local newspapers at cheapest rates, flyers will also be

distributed in whole city and hypermarkets. We will also run campaign on social media to create

hype and we will place banner on the internet to spread awareness among people about event.
Our volunteer will be wearing T-shirts with the massage “ To support life, TO care for life” A

fight against cancer, during whole campaign and hopefully this massage will delivered to

thousands of people.

Coming Outcomes
We are expecting to raise more than $___________, in revenue. We have planned to contribute

85% of net amount in the fund of cause.
