NOTIFICATION

The teaching staff (as per attached Annexure), mentioned in Column E will act as Observer
on behalf of the West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill
Development (Technical Education Division) to the Examination Centers noted against Column D
during Diploma in Engineering/Technology/Architecture/MOPM/3DAG Examinations (1st, 3rd &
5th Semesters) to be held in December, 2018.
The Principals/Officer-in-Charges of the Polytechnics are requested to release the
concerned teaching staff of his/her Institute to act them as Observer(s). They will be on duty
during the period and be entitled to draw TA/DA as admissible under Rules of the Council.
The Roving Team constituted by the West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational
Education and Skill Development (Technical Education Division) will also visit Institute(s) as-and-
when necessary.
The Observers will be on duty from 12.12.2018 to the end of the Diploma in
Engineering/Technology/Architecture/MOPM/3DAG Examinations at that Examination Centre,
where he/she is deputed.
The format of the Observer’s Report is enclosed along with this letter. Please advice them to
send the Observer’s Report to the Senior Administrative Officer (Examination), West Bengal State
Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development within 7 (Seven) days from the
date of completion of the examination.
