3 Definitions

1.3.1 Company

LyondellBasell Australia (LBA) (the "Owner") operates a Polypropylene Plant within the Viva Energy
Refinery located at Refinery Rd, Corio Victoria.

LBA is fully owned by LyondellBasell Industries N.V (LYB)

1.3.2 Consultant

"Consultant" means the engineering company engaged to undertake the technical Feasibility phase
study as described in this RFQ.

1.3.3 Vendor

'Vendor" means any supplier or third-party company engaged by the Consultant to provide
equipment, information and pricing to complete the Feasibility phase study.

1.3.4 Installation Period

It is expected that the installation work on this project will be completed in stages across 4 to 5 years
and will not be done during major refinery outages, however, if deemed necessary, work could also
be done during the plant's turnaround currently scheduled for Q3 2020.

The preliminary installation planning, including the 'cutover' method for the new switchboards to
minimise interruption to the plant operation, will be a major deliverable of this Feasibility phase
engineering study.

1.4 Project Management Process

LBA has a Project Management Process (PMP) that is critical for the successful project delivery. (ref
appendix 2 - PMP Workflow Overview)
Each phase delivers progressively increasing levels is guided by key
of scope definition which
objectives. Each objective is further supported by a typical engineering design,
list of activities and
risk management, schedule and cost deliverables to support the required definition. At the conclusion
of each phase there is a checkpoint, or gate, where deliverables, objectives, strategy, risk and
justification are reassessed to determine whether to continue, stop or revise the project.

The five (5) phases of the project management process are Defined as follows:

1. Propose Phase (Phase I)

2. Feasibility Phase (Phase II)

3. Define Phase (Phase Ill)

4. Execute Phase (Phase IV)

5. Evaluate & Sustain (Phase V)

A 'Propose' phase study has been completed for this project and a preliminary Feasibility Phase study
