BAGGAGE POLICY FOR COACH TRANSFERS:

Coaches have a limited space for luggage it is advisable that you travel lightweight and preferably carry only one 
suit case and one soft hand bag per person as it can be easily accommodated inside the coach. The ideal size of the baggage which we 
recommend is 158 cms. (width +length +height). The ideal weight which shall be permitted in 20Kg Check-in 
Baggage plus 5 kg Day Pack. 

The Package cost does not include MTT (Malaysia Tourism Tax) and is to be paid directly to hotel at the time of Check in : RM10 per 
room per night for all hotel classifications

Standard Booking Procedure
If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,

You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.

Any amendment or cancellation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.

If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,

You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.

Any amendment or cancellation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.

Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.

If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,

You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 30,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.

If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,

No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make 
entire payment whether he or she travels or not.

Note: Cruise payment & any non- refundable tour component like airline ticket etc to be paid 100% in advance in addition to above

Additional Payment terms

1 Entire tour cost must be paid on demand and in any case before date of travel;

2 Advance amount (part of tour cost) is taken to process the booking and to secure part cancellation charges applicable in case of 
tour is canceled for whatsoever reason;

3 Balance tour cost is demanded once the package is ready before the delivery of tour package/ tour component(s);

4 If balance tour cost is not made as demanded in writing/ sms / phone call, tour package/ tour component(s) shall be liable to be 
released and the package will be treated as canceled for want of balance amount. Such cancellation shall be subject 
to applicable cancellation charges and advance amount collected will be adjusted towards cancellation charges. 
If advance amount falls short to recover entire cancellation charges the remaining cancellation charges shall be recovered as 
per the cancellation terms/policy applicable to the booking;

5 No booking is undertaken without cancellation charges. If there is any doubt about cancellation terms or policy 
applicable to your booking please get it clarified before the advance payment is made for processing the cancellation charges; and

6 Initiation of booking process should not be viewed as confirmation of booking. We reserve our right to call off the booking if unable to 
process and in that case we will only be liable to make refund of the advance amount collected, if any.

Additional & over-riding T & C for group Package

1. This tour is at budget provided for. You can go for higher value tour components at much higher rates. You can 
explore about the same with our sale executive.
2. The purpose of itinerary is to cover the events mentioned therein. City tours are drive through the city with few photo stops.
3. There are no choice for hotel as we have to arrange hotel taking into consideration itinerary in the given budget.
You are requested to visit website of hotel for more details. Check in is normally 2-4 pm while check out around 
12 noon. Meals are with pre-set menu.
4. Itinerary may be changed by tour manager while execution of the tour hence do not fix your own programme at all as 
itinerary is subject to change.
5. If you are senior citizen or/and differently abled person or person with special need then you must not venture at 
all as tours are without any attendant to provide any kind of support or assistance during the tour. There will 
be no medical assistance and in event of any requirement one has to depend upon local facility at his/her own 
expenses. We therefore advise you to carry sufficient contingency funds.It is a must to have Travel Insurance with required medical 
insurance cover. 
6. PAN card Number and also valid email id is necessary to initiate booking. Apart from this your full cooperation for KYC (Know 
Your Customer) is mandatory. No cash payment will be accepted in violation of government guidelines and without disclosure of its 
source.
7. Processing charges applicable at 5% of package cost if booking is withdrawn before confirmation booking 
reference No. is communicated from our end. Thereafter cancellation charges applicable as per terms & conditons of Booking    given 
 elsewhere in itinerary/handout

Visa requirements for Singapore / Malaysia / Bali

Documents Required

Visa applications will be accepted only when all of the following documents are in order:

A valid passport with at least ninemonths validity on the date of departure from Singapore, Malaysia & Bali. If the applicant is holding 
any old passport, it is mandatory now to enclose the same.
Visa form duly completed and signed by the applicant;
05 recent coloured passport size photographs adhered to the form (35 mm wide by 50 mm high without border and taken 
within the last 3 months; taken full face without headgear, unless the applicant habitually wears a headgear in accordance with 
his/her religious or racial custom but the headgear must not hide the applicant's features. The facial image 
must be between 25 mm and 35 mm from chin to crown; taken against a plain white background with matt or semi-
matt finish.) Please note that scanned or unclear photographs will not be accepted and kindly ensure that your form is properly 
completed. Any incomplete submission or false declaration will result in the application being rejected.
Please note one photograph should be pasted on the visa form and signed across, second photograph should be 
attached with gem clip.

during peak season/holiday surcharge and major events/fairs and convention.
15. Tourist in group & one may have to wait intermittently for transfers especially for pick-up and dropping as transfers services are used 
for other group tourists too.
16. The time schedule fixed by the local tour operator should be strictly adhered to. For any inconvenience, loss 
or consequence suffered due to tourist’s failure to keep the local tour operators timings, the tourist alone 
would be responsible. Please also note that unlike in the case of individual tailor made tour packages; you might 
have to adjust timings for the sake of general member of your tour group. Hotels mentioned now are only 
proposed at the moment. The hotel named in the service voucher shall be final.

This intimation supersede all previous offers by D.Paul’s Travels and Tours Ltd. and any verbal communication or 
offer made earlier by any of our representatives.

Condition Apply (refer Terms & Conditions)

The aforementioned description is just for informative purpose. Final package tour components shall be mentioned on the voucher 
at the time of finalizing the tour package. The travel tour components mentioned here are subject to change at last

Fog Alert Notice

D.Paul’s Travel & Tours Ltd. will not be liable to any passenger for refund, compensation or claim for shortage of tour days shown 
in tour itinerary or any cancellation, route change or postponement or delay of any tour of any airlines due to any reason including fog or 
bad weather and the tickets are issued to the above condition also.Kindly be advised D. Paul’s Travel and Tours cannot be held 
responsible for any Cancellation or Delay of Flights due to Fog or any other technical reason. Its Airlines responsibility to 
provide the suitable connection in such conditions. Also be advised we cannot be held responsible for Refusal/
Denial of Visa and applicable cancelation charges will be charged.
Note of Caution Before Booking of Package/Travel Tour Component

Travel tour packages/travel tour components that you are intent to book from us are of such nature where one has to 
undertake considerable amount of walking and physical activity to enjoy them. All tours involve long hours of travelling and some tour 
components may include theme park activities such as speed boat rides, balloon rides and other adventure sports which 
are suitable only for medically/physically fit persons. We therefore, forewarn heart patients, pregnant women, senior 
citizens, persons those requiring special care, patients of respiratory disorder, persons suffering from arthritis, blood 
pressure and diabetes, not to undertake tour. There will be no medical help that can be provided during such tours. 
It is therefore advised not to venture if any person requires special medical attention during the tour. There is no luggage 
assistance and it is expected every tourist to manage his own luggage. Som e o f t h e t o ur ist products are without elevators/escalators 
and one may has to use stairs.

Inspite of the above mentioned warning tourist who undertakes tour at his own volition and risk, D Pauls will not be responsible for 
any medical complication that may arise during the tour. Not only this, one has to be medically fit and energetic 
to undertake tour packages. You must therefore satify yourself by undergoing medical checkup and obtain medical fitness certificate 
from your registered medical practitioner.

Cancellation charges - terms & condtions

Cancellation policy applicable for booking done as guarantee booking This is to inform you, prior to confirm your booking which 
need guarantee booking that our normal cancellation policy mentioned immediately hereunder will not be applicable for your booking.

I, the undersigned acknowledging this itinerary agree to pay the cancellation charges applicable per person as :

If cancellation is made any time not less than 11 days prior to departure, 20% or Rs. 12,500/- (whichever is higher) of tour cost.

If cancellation is made 10 to 05 days prior to departure, 50% of tour cost .

If cancellation is made 05 to 01 day prior to departure, 75% of tour cost .

In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost.

Cancellation charges for Star Cruise booking shall apply as per star cruises cancellation rules. It will be extra than the other cancellation 
charges.

Cancellation charges for Air Asia or any other low cost carrier ticket booking shall apply as per cancellation rules. It will be extra than 
the other than other cancellation charges.

I also understand that booking is having travel tour components which need guarantee booking, which means no cancellation will be 
allowed once booking is made for you. Therefore general cancellation policy mentioned above will be superseded by 
the following cancellation policy:

If cancellation is made any time once the booking is confirmed irrespective of number of days prior to departure, for any reason 
whatsoever,100% of tour cost shall be payable by me.

Also I certify that all the travelers have passports with validity period as applicable for this destination, has no observations or if any it is 
to be brought to your notice. The passport is in perfect condition without any defect & has sufficient empty pages.Visa granting is the sole 
prerogative of the embassy.
