Playing against the Electric Eyrie
The Electric Eyrie Alternative Version is the first Eyrie Bot with more fiddly
upkeep compared to the new version. It is fully functional and balanced though.
Each round 4 random cards are dealt into the decree and then the decree is
resolved with each column resolving the cards oldest to newest. Any cards that
can't be resolved in full are simply discarded.

When a roost is destroyed the Eyrie goes into Turmoil.

It will lose 1 victory point, lose a bird card in the
decree, and switch to the next leader.
