INTRODUCTION:

The Matachana SSCC110000 II sterilizers are manufactured in

Spain and they incorporate state-of-the-art security and
efficacy to its technical design guaranteeing a perfect
control of all sterilisation processes.

The sterilizers are specially designed for industries,

pharmaceutical and microbiological laboratories,
universities and research centres.

They are manufactured following directives of quality

standards EN ISO 9001, certification granted by the
control institution Lloyd’s Register Ltd., which guarantees
that the Company Antonio Matachana, S.A. carries out a
quality management in the design, production, delivery,
installation and after sale-service of their products.

Some of the most remarkable features are: user

friendliness, medium production capacity, microcomputer
control, display for visualizing the cycle development,
ejector vacuum system (Venturi effect) and sliding vertical
doors with safety block mechanism.

MODELS:

The Matachana Series S100 I steam sterilizers comprises one model and its versions, with a
nominal loading capacity of 75-80 litres. These sterilizers adapt in benefits to almost all the
necessities of medium capacity of our customers: One or two doors (for their inclusion in
facilities with loading and unloading areas together or differentiated), with or without steam
generator.

The Matachana Series SSCC110000 II sterilizers include in their

technical design the state of the art security and efficacy

• Chamber in high quality stainless steel AISI 316L (1.4404).

• Special mechanized housing of the door gasket for a

maximum life span.

• Manual sliding vertical doors with safety locking mechanism.

• Built-in air compressor.

• Wheels to make easy the maintenance.

• User-friendly microcomputer control. Memorizes the last 50

cycles.

• Easy-to-read screen with language selection. Soft keyboard.

• Alphanumeric digital printer for detailed recording of

sterilization processes.

• PC communication via RS232.

• Vacuum by means of ejector (Venturi system), with

recirculation water pump and economizer tank: high efficiency
and low maintenance, silent and effective.

• Water economizer system and water separation.

• Built-in water degassing system (in versions E with steam

generator).

• Interior loading structure.

• Tray in stainless steel electrically polished.

• Side panels in stainless steel.

STEAM GENERATOR:

Models S101 E-1 I and S101 E-2 I incorporate their own steam
generator in stainless steel AISI316L, with automatic operation
and steam production adapted to the capacity of the sterilizer, by
means of heating resistances of 9 kW power. Equipped with
safety system, control of water level and with visual indicator of
level in the front.

The sterilizer has 5 standard programs (3 of production and 2 of test). In option, other
additional programs exists under specific request of the customer.

DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY:

The sterilizers of the series SSCC110000 II comply with the applicable regulations in force in the
European Union. We can indicate as more significant:

Directive 97/23/EC concerning Pressure Equipment. The sterilizer has been designed
according to European Standard EN 13445: 2002.

Other applicable directives are:

o Low voltage 2006/95/EC
o Electromagnetic Compatibility 2004/108/EC
o Safety of Machinery 98/37/CE

The fulfilment of these Directives allows us to place in the sterilizers the mark CE0053, number
of the notified organisation that has realized the evaluation of the conformity of this product,
and that fits to ATISAE (Technical Industrial Assistance, S.A.E.).
