Project Requirements
JSZ preexisting solution was separated into 2 separate PC based (Access) applications that
were cumbersome, resource intensive system, and prone to errors and performance issues
JSZ Financial required a web based portal that allows staff to better manage their
collections service – improving quality and reducing cost
Must enable sharing real-time data with their clients … a needed competitive advantage to
ensure long-term growth of the company
Must enable collaboration and information sharing among property owners, property
managers and internal users
Must maintain association between debtors, properties (clients), payment activities and
other core business information
Support collections workflow activities:
 Demand Letter creation and issuance
 Customer account update - proactive tracking of clients, debtors and properties
 Other
Must be intuitive and easy to use
Support data loads to three major credit bureaus
Support administrative functions
 Data exports
 Content management- including demand letters
 Manage property characteristics
 Manage internal users, as well as client users
 Report and track debtor transactions

All active records are exported to the
standard Metro 2 format and then

bureaus each month (Equifax,
TransUnion and Experian).
