If we follow the motto: “A healthy mind in a healthy body”, I think a correct lifestyle determines
a higher level for my efficiency. A good example can be the sleep. In case I don’t sleep enough
time (less than 7 hours per night), the next day I 'm too tired and it is impossible to concentrate
on anything else. Besides this, when I don’t sleep enough I will look awful. Moreover, sleep is
important for both physical as well as psychological health.
Keeping a good hygiene, like taking at least a shower, brushing and flossing my teeth, wearing
clean clothes and antiperspirant every day is an obligation to my body. It is a sign of respect for
the people around me and me.
Avoiding unhealthy habits I respect the things I do to get in shape. Keeping fad diets, smoking
and drinking alcohol would be a sign of total indifference to me.
When I get exercises regularly my muscles become relaxed. The time I spend in gym throw all
the pressure and negative energy away. And, of course, I don’t deny/neglect that my body looks
much better in this way.
Thus, I consider myself being a lucky person because I like organic food and I don’t eat it as an
obligation, but for pleasure and benefits.
Living in a healthy way is not a hard or impossible thing. It is just a matter of respecting me and
doing everything aware of the consequences that may occur in my life.
