Holding Various Mudra's Inhalation-Retention-Exhalation-Emptiness of Breath in The
Ratio of 4-2-5-2 while remembering the four points as below:

1 Breathe Fully In & Fully Out


2 Relaxed Breathing
3 No Fluttering of Breath
4 Make Dog Like Sound From Throat While Exhaling
