Allegations i. Allurement of the victims for Emigration/work as Beautician in Beauty

Salon in Oman by Arsalan Asghar and Zeeshan Asghar
ii. Extortion of Rs. 250,000/- from each female victim
iii. Human Trafficking as the female victims were held captive in Woman
Beauty Salon Mashare Zahra, Al-Tareef, Golden Projects, Al-Zahbiah in
Yanqul, Oman. The victims were sexually abused and exploited under
coercion by their sponsor Omani National Mr. Talib, Owner of the Beauty
Salon and Zeeshan Asghar
iv. The Passports of the victims were also withheld by the sponsors and
Zeeshan Asghar thereby preventing the victims from the salon
Case Proceedings i. On the receipt of the information/report vide letter bearing number
DPL/Admn/2/Complain/2020/3630-31 (from the DPL-2) dated 21.02.2020,
the address of the alleged Arsalan and Zeeshan were verified.
ii. The whereabouts of the above mentioned alleged persons were
ascertained.
iii. A Case FIR No. 102/2020 has been registered on 24.02.2020.
iv. Location of accused persons was traced through their mobile phones.
v. Sources were deputed for their whereabouts.
vi. Team was constituted for arrest of accused with the help of local police.
vii. The accused Arsalan Asghar and Zeeshan Asghar have been arrested on
24.02.2020.
viii. Both the accused after physical remand of 13 days have been sent to
judicial lock up on 09-03-2020.
ix. Statements of parents of the victims, Rani Munir (mother of Sana Munir),
 Suleman Samuel (Husband of Sana Munir) and Bashir Masih (Father of
Salma) have been recorded.
x. Confrontation between the parents of victims and accused persons have
been affected.
xi. Accused persons have been found guilty during investigation.
xii. Challan has been submitted in the trial court.
Accused (all) Accused Arsalan Asghar and Zeeshan Asghar have been arrested and are in
judicial lock up
Interim findings of Challan has been submitted in the trial court and post arrest bails rejected on
inv. Officer (Brief) 17-03-2020 by Special Judge Central Faisalabad.
