Note: The points marked with a blue asterisk (“*”) are points that we have picked
up on from user testing. They are not missing/incorrect features, they’re just
minor tweaks that need to be made.

Deliverable 1

Objective: Sign up, Login, Me section (account and profile management)

Feedback

Me Section

 Account Management
 The actions located in the account section (cog at top right of Me tab)
should affect the user in their entirety. If a user selects ‘Log out’, then
they should be logged out of both their student and tutor profiles. If a
user selects ‘Delete account’, then their entire entity on our system
should be erased (both the student and tutor profiles, cannot be
accessed ever again). 
Will be available in the next release.
Me>Tutor Profile

 *When going through the ‘becoming a student’ process (user already has a
tutor account), the user should be able to use the profile picture they
selected for their tutor profile as their student profile picture.
 This requires a new button to be placed next to the display picture
upload field. Will be added to wireframes.

In our system, we treat student and teacher as a single entity. An entity would
have a role of whether he/she is a student, teacher or both. hence, they would
have the same profile/display picture. 
Changing it to the way you have proposed would need a Database structure
change and that can’t be afforded at this stage.

Objective: Questions & Answers workflow; Answers section, Tutor section

Feedback

Both Questions and Answers User Flows

 The camera module freezes immediately after capturing a photo (becomes


unresponsive, no actionable buttons appear). Only way to continue is by
pressing back. Thus, no images captured from the camera can be added as
media files to questions or answers.
Need to diagnose.


 Sometimes the tutor’s display picture is not shown.
 Note: If a user does not have a display picture, a default icon should be
used. I can send that through if you need me to.
Please send the icon(Placeholder) through.
 Prices have a dash in them (e.g. “R-12”). This cannot be the case; they must
be for example: “R12”.
Will be resolved in next release.
 Crashing/closing the app shouldn’t cause the interaction between a student
and tutor disappear on either side (this are the sequencing issues we spoke
about on the phone call).
Need to diagnose.

 If a tutor closes the answering screen (cancels the interaction with the
student), the student is still shown that they are waiting for an answer. 
 If a tutor cancels an interaction in the middle of it, the student should
immediately be notified, and the question should be re-added into the
question-asking system.
Will be available in the next release.
 A free question will need to have a different icon in the same location on
a post as the price and time indicators on a paid question. This will be
added in upcoming wireframes.
Please let us know once that’s added so that we could change it on our side.
 The ordering of posts in the tabs ‘Your Questions’ and ‘Your Answers’ is
incorrect. It should always order the posts chronologically with the most
recent being at the top.
It has always been the same way, but we will cross-check this.
 Users that are only students should not have a rating attached to their
name at all. Only users that are only tutors or both students and tutors
should have their rating shown next to their name.

Questions User Flow (Student side of interaction)

 Once an answer has been received from the tutor, the student cannot view
any media files attached to that answer when taken to the post screen.
These media files only become visible after the student has rated the tutor,
left the post screen, then re-entered the post. This is the completely
incorrect user experience.

Answering User Flow (Tutor side of interaction)

 If a tutor clicks on a notification for a direct question, they are taken to the
‘Answers’ tab (Answers section). Instead, they should be taken immediately
to their ‘Inbox’ tab (in the Tutor section).

 Accepting/Passing a question should remove that question immediately from
the question-answering matching system.

 Currently, users receive a notification every time a new question is posted.
This should not be the case. Tutors should only receive notifications when
they receive direct questions.
but then how would a Tutor know if there’s a new question to answer?
Post Screen

 Users should receive a system notification when a post they are involved
with (they either received an answer or answered a question) is commented
on. 
Will be available in the next week’s release.

 The comments box allows for formatted pasting; this should not be the case.
 Emojis currently do not work in the comments box, they just turn into
question marks.
