Bangladesh Pou Hung Industrial Limited (9080).

Scope of Review:
This plan review letter documents the receipt and review of the automatic sprinkler system for
Bangladesh Pou Hung Industrial Limited (9080).

However the review comments need to be incorporated in the drawing before starting installation work.

The following are some important highlights based on this review:

1. It is requested to provide coordination or reflected ceiling plan (RCP) drawing with the
Ceiling-level sprinkler. These details are required to verify that the sprinkler discharge is not
Obstructed by ducts, cable trays, pipe racks, light fittings, etc.

2. It is requested to indicate the storage height. This is required to verify if the proposed
Hazard are acceptable.

3. The beam depth details are missing in the plan drawings, kindly check it and follow the
obstruction rule.

4. Include the storage details, type of storage, materials of storage, materials encapsulation
Details to check the hazard classification.

5. Provide the sprinkler calculation for the higher K-factor areas to check the required flow.

6. The maximum distance from the sprinkler deflector to ceiling is not more than 1’.

7. In some places the sprinklers are located close to the beam, it is not acceptable. The
Sprinklers spacing should be equally aligned on both sides of beam.
``
8. The hydraulic calculation details are missing, kindly include the node number, Design area,
No. of sprinklers in operation.
