Leave a thread enough for sewing to a ring.
COLLAR:

2) 2ch, in the third loop from the hook crochet 15inc dc
3) 2ch, 3 dc in each stitch till the end of the row
Apply to the neck and sew at the back.
Cheeks:
5sc in MR
PLAID:
Crochet by the pattern «Granny’s square» according to the scheme at the picture, in total 15 rows.
Make 4 tassels and attach in the corners, further crochet around the edge 1 row of sc.
