 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Deposit, Payment of Purchase Price,

UPON PAYMENT of the sum of EUR___________ 500 paid by Buyer to Seller (the „Purchase Price”),
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Seller grants sells, conveys, and transfers ownership of the
following dog (the „Dog”) to buyer.
The buyer declares that the dog seems to be healthy and in a very good condition.

Shiping

All shiping costs are the buyer’s expense. The seller gave over the Dog personally to the buyer ont he
same day of the date of this sales contract.

The buyer confirms that he has taking over the following documents:

- FCI Export Pedigree

- EU Pet Pass
- Vaccination document

Health Guarantee

It is understood, this guarantee ONLY for original buyer and is not transferable.

Seller made an experienced effort to breed sound, healthy puppies and gave them th ebest start
possible. Buyer should understand that (due to the nature of the breed) Bulldogs are predisposed to
certain medical anomalies, and that a normal Bulldog has a possibility to have one or more of these
conditions during its lifetime. Seller certifies that the Bulldog described herein is of sound health at the
time of this sale and has been immunized, wormed accordingly. Buyer is advised to have this Bulldog
examined by a competent veterinarian (preferably with experience int he Bulldog breed) within 72
hours fro the time that deliveryof this dog is taken. If the veterinarian does not find the dog to bein
good health as outlined in this guarantee and states so IN WRITING, Buyer must notify the Seller
immediately, and will be provided with a replacement puppy of equal value as soos as one is available.
No cash refunds will be made and no vet bills will be paid.

Seller guarantees this dog to be free of serious, life-threatening genetic conditions, i.e. heart murmur,
severe elbow dysphasia, and pathological spinar disorder. If any such condition is found and proven in
writing from a licensed veterinarian and substantiated by lab test and/or x-rays, and records of such
condition must be provided to be verified by the seller’s veterinarian; upon satisfactory verification
from the seller’s veterinarian, puppy may be returned to Seller for refund of purchase price only or
credit towards another puppy (Sellers choice), this does not cover any transportation cost if needed.
Minor, breed related, injury related and treatable or correctable conditions or any condition which
could go away or is considered to be a conditon which the puppy will likely outgrow are not covered.
Guarantee does not cover what int he bulldog breed we consider specific:
Loose hips or knees, eyelid problems, cherry eye.
As we have no control over what the dog/puppy is exposed to after he/she leaves our hone: dermatitis,
skin or food allergie, liver and kidney damage, bacterial infections, coccidiosis, kennel cough, viruses
or disease from lack of proper care or lack of vaccines, Imcompetent veterinary care, are not covered
by or health guarantee, (Please note: Puppies immune systems ar mot fully mature to develop long
lasting immunity to help prevent infectious diseases until they are 16 or 20 weeks of age and they have
received all of their vaccinations accordingly for their age; so we highly recommend NO public places
such as pet parks, pet stores, boarding kennels, groomers, etc., until they are fully vaccinated against
infectious diseases.) Buyer is responsible for vet bills incurred prior to return, and transportation cost
return. This guarantee is in effect until puppy reaches ONE YEAR OF AGE. Your dog has been
examined for many conditions to assure his/her health. Heat stroke, exhaustion, stress, dehydration
and other heat related conditions are not covered in any way. Remember that a bulldoug can over heat
quickly and easily and may die as a result of overheating. He/she must be an indoor dog. The Buyer is
urged to research the breed and be familiar with allhealth issues that could affect their Bulldog in their
lifetime before entering into this or any agreement to purchase a Bulldog.

Buyers Responsibilities

The dog/puppy is being sold as a show/breeding prospect. The dog/puppy at the time of sale is free
from any major faults and shows promise of being able to complete an breed championship.While at
this time, the dog/puppy appears to be show quality int he opinion of the Breeder, many things can
change as a puppy matures. Therefore, there is not guarantee that the dog/puppy will complete a
championship or be breedable as an adult. The Buyer agrees that he/she is purchasing the dog/puppy
primarily as an companion, and will treat the dog/puppy as such throughout its lifetime, regardless of
its ultimate showing/breeding ability.

Buyers are expected to give this Bulldog th ebest careto encourage a long healthy life. The buyer
agrees to take good care this dog, feed and house the dog properly (indoors), amintain shots, contol the
dog on a harness or leash when in public and when off the premises of the dog’s home. The outdoor
area should be fenced in and secure, or acceptable provisions should be madeto assure the dog is safe
any time he/she isoutdoors. Buyer agrees to give the dog proper physical and emotional care and
welfare. The death, injury or loss of said dog due to theft, carelessness, recklessness, abose, neglect,
heat stroke or accident will not entitle róthe buyer to any compensation from the seller.

This dog is not to be used for any illegal or immortal activities and is not to be used for any type of
puppy mill or other mass producing operation.

The parties accept an agree to be bound by the attached Terms and Conditions governing the purchase
and sale of the Dog.
