G-Mail account can upload or edit document in the drive. Only viewing
1. Access: The Contributors having G
and downloading facility have been given to the students. It is not mandatory a G-Mail
G account to the
students. Contributors will notify their students after uploading documents by any means.

2. Documents:
i) Teaching documents means text in word format, PDF, Excel format, image, pictures, photos, audio
clips, video clips, Power Point Pr
Presentations etc.
ii) File size up to 10MB is good for this system
system. So you LIMIT your documents to upload HD video
clips or high resolution pictures.
iii) File name should be as follows:

• BSc_H_Zool_Sem_II_CC2_Souren

3. Restrictions: Any copyrighted or illegal documents are strictly prohibited.. The contributor of those
documents is solely liable for that case
case. The Admin of the portal or the College Authority will not be
responsible in that case, if any.

4. Alternative methods: Other alternative teaching methods are most welcome but it is recommended to
use this single platform as repository of those documents for the sake of future students and as well as
college. Any alternative method is to be linked in this portal after notifying to the Administrators.
