Dear Ar. Cruz:

We are pleased to submit to you this service proposal for your confirmation and approval. Below are our offered
services, corresponding fees and conditions that may apply on this project.

1. Project Background

Project Name: Commercial Building Exterior Renovation

Floor Area: 10,000 sqm (Scheme 1)/ 5,000 sqm (Scheme 2)

2. Scope of Services

a. 3D Modelling of the Commercial Building with extensive landscaping and hardscaping (2

Schemes)
b. Rendering of two (4) man’s eye view exterior perspective; 1600x1200 pixels in size; in natural
daylight; and basic entourage
c. Rendering of one (2) aerial perspective; 1600x1200 pixels in size; in natural daylight; and basic
entourage
d. Two (2) revision cycles

3. Exclusions

a. Printing of Rendered Photos

b. Copy of the Sketchup File (.skp)

4. Proposed Cost of 3d Architectural Visualization Services

The compensation as stated in this proposal does not include tax or other applicable duties as may be
required by the law.

 5. Terms of Payment
50% upon confirmation/ signing of proposal / agreement
50% upon submittal of all 3D Renders required

6. Project Schedule
Work shall commence upon signing of the proposal and receipt of the requested file/s. Novus
Design Lab shall submit all the required images/videos after 14 calendar days (2 weeks).
Note that the schedule may vary depending on the revisions / alterations required by the
client.

7 calendar days –initial draft
7 calendar days – finalization and rendering

7. Changes after 2 cycles of Revision

Novus Design Lab shall charge a fix amount of 3,500 per revision cycle.

8. Suspension or Abandonment
In the event that this agreement is terminated by the client prior to completion of the services
but where the services have been partially performed, the Novus Design Lab shall be entitled to pro
rata payment of the compensation to the date of termination.
