Subject Incorrect Folding and Stapling Position
Model DF-75
(Affected Models: KM-2530/3530/4030, KM-3035/4035/5035, FS-9100DN/9500DN, FS-9120DN/9520DN)

NOTE:

Please execute the procedures below when having problems with the folding and stapling position on
the DF75 in order to initialize the finisher’s EEPROM.

For the finisher connected to the MFP, service mode U246 can first be done to adjust the folding
position.

STAPLING POSITION :
• Power off
• DIP SWITCH SW 1 and SW 4 to ON on the finisher’s main pcb
• Power on
• Press the Push SW 1 and SW 2 at the same time
• Power off
• DIP SWITCH SW 1 and SW 4 to OFF
• Adjust U246 if needed (for MFP only)

FOLDING POSITION :
• Power off
• DIP SWITCH SW 1, SW 4 and SW 8 to ON on the finisher’s main pcb
• Power on
• Press the Push SW 1 and SW 2 at the same time
• Power off
• DIP SWITCH SW 1, SW 4 and SW 8 to OFF
• Adjust U246 if needed (for MFP only)
