Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition:

 Driving the Annual HR Planning process including headcount budgeting, headcount allocation, HR
Planning and Staffing Function Excellence for the organization.
 Spearheading end-to-end hiring & recruitment life - cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse
sources.
 Driving the annual manpower plans and implementing the same based on the projected manpower
requirements for organization in line with the business and growth plans.
 Handling large scale open selection and walk-ins.

Industrial Relations:

 Negotiations & Long term settlements with unions on behalf of the company periodically.
 Initiation of disciplinary actions as and when required. 
 Deal with various statutory bodies, with a reference to the Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages 
Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Shop and Estb Act, Employees Provident fund and misc provisions act
. etc
 Generating MIS on Industrial relations & Legal compliance.
 Attending to disputes in labour and other courts, labour commissioner and other authorities.
Induction & On Boarding:

 Facilitating orientation program for employee to the business and culture.


 Scheduling and conducting the Induction / Orientation Programs for smooth transition of new entrants.
Ensuring completion of joining formalities for all new hire.
 Educating the employees about the policies – Roll Outs.
 Keeping in touch with New joinees for first 6 months to iron out any hiccups.

Organizational Development:

 Business capability enhancement. Conceptualize and lead change management interventions which
influence the company in the areas of: Cultural Change & Leadership Development.
 Facilitating process of Operational training at all levels.
 Strategize, develop & implement Succession planning.
 Ensure process for Management Development Program for future middle level &top level Management.

Policies&Procedures:

 Planning, Creating & custodian of HR policies


 Defining plans, policies and strategies for greater operational effectiveness and manpower deployment.
 Developing / updating and implementing HR Policies and communicating them across the organization
at all levels.
 Review the staffs rules and regulations (or employee handbook) on a regular basis.
 Responsible for Auditing of all HR Processes & Policies to ensure the policies are amended on timely
basis.

 Presentation of Insurance benefits Policy to employees.


 Ensure Insurance facilities benefits being understood by employees & availed by employees.

Performance Management System:

 Implementation of PMS, Working towards change management and building strong performance
driven culture.
 Facilitate and complete the Annual Performance Review of all the employees on time.
 Handling Performance Management & Employee Development System, including the probation
appraisal.
 Facilitating defining of KRA, Self-Appraisal, Quarterly / Half Yearly / Annual Review and retention
Management.
 Implementing incentive system.

Compensation & Benefits:

 Constantly monitor any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount.
 Spearhead annual salary review & increment process.
 Leave & Attendance Management.
 Looking after incentives, compensation revisions, expats compensation, special payments promotions,
facilitate issuance of salary change / promotion / transfer letters. Information on Compensation fitment
decision aligned to company policies.
 Process audit & ensure corrective action where applicable.

Learning & Development:

 Identify, Design, Develop, Drive & Implement learning solutions for employees globally.
 Budgeting & Organizing training programs, workshops for Technical, Functional &Behavioural topics.
 Train the Trainer initiative facilitation as a tool of employee motivation, growth & cost optimization.
MIS & Analysis:

 Preparing and presenting the Weekly/Monthly/Annual Reports pertaining to Payroll, Recruitment, L&D
scores.
 Provide management with meaningful data through HR Metrics
 Handling the MIS functions & analyzing activities pertaining to the HR function, review data and
trends.

Statutory Compliance:

 Ensuring completion of all year ending activities, including investment proofs submission, Form 16,
etc., clearance of statutory settlements (withdrawals / transfers) is being processed on ongoing basis.
 Facilitating with legal professionals for legal issues and adherence to statutory requirement.

Exits & Separations:

 Review exit interviews and analyze the same for developing strategies to reduce and manage attrition.
 Ensure F & F settlements for ex-employees are processed within prescribed timelines.
 Ensure company’s exposures to pending recoveries are kept minimum by adherence to recovery
process.
