Assembly eleciions, o lorge number ol Cenlrol Armed police Forces ore deployed so
thot the elections ore conducted peocefully ond smoolhly.

2. ln lhe obove conlext, il hos been decided by the Minislry of Home Affqirs ihot in
fulure Centrol Armed Police Forces ond Slole Speciol Police Forces will be deployed in
ihe rotio of 5 : 3 for election reloled dulies, which will be under the conlrol of Centrol
Reserve Police Force, ln order to ensure the ovoilobitily of the Siole Speciol policc Force,
lhe Centrol Reserve Police Force hos olso been dlrecled to sign o Memorondum,of
Understonding with lhe Stotes.

3, ln order lo corry oul lhis losk efficiently, lt hos olso been decided by lhis Minislry 1o
corry oui o joinl troining progrom by Cenlrol Reserve Police Force with the Stole
Governments.

4. The Centrol Reserve Police Force will co-ordinqie wilh the Slote Governmenh in
ihis regord. Therefore, oll the Slqies ore requested lo cooperote with ihe Centrol
Reserve Police Force in signing lhe Memorondum of Understonding for smooth
implementolion of this mechonism.
