1. Explain in your own words defenition of business and entrepreneurship.

Answer: business and interprise are both of words that have relationship purposes and
supporting each other. That business is an organization that covers the sale of good and service
to consumers or other businessses, for a profit. While entrepreneurship is someone who has
ability and desire to establish, administer, and succeed in a startup vanture along with risk
entitled to it, to bring success. So in simple meaning's enterprise is controlling employer to run
the business.
2. There are several theories of motivation in business and enterprise. Which one is appropriate
theory for you as a candidate of English education scholar? Why?
Answer: there are some theories of motivation in Business and enterprise so that theory me as
candidate of english education sholar choose Vroom’s Expectancy Theory due to theory Vroom
realized that an employee’s performance is based on individuals factors such as personality,
skills, knowledge, ecperience and abilities. Suggests that although individuals may have
diferent sets of goals, so we can be motivate if we believe that: there is a positive correlation
between efforts and performance, favorable performance will be result in a desirable reward,
the reward will satisfy an important need, and the desire to statisfy the need is strong enough to
make the effort wortwhile. So, such english language skill able supporting performace desire to
statisfy as what we need.
3. Suppose you are going to upen a new business based on your prime skill. Elaborate your
strategic planning which is aimed at making a big profit from your business.
Answer: I want to open my new business that '"pet shop" so here my prime skil is the english
language skill, my strategys are i will offer to costumers that in my pet shop that the pet will
healty and clean but for the plus one is the pet will educated with little direction basic. So the
costumers will statify and happy because of that.
4. Explain why accounting is important for a business and enterprise.
Answer: of course. accounting has very important role in business and enterprise, the progress
of a business and enterprise can be seen from the accounting process. The most fundamental
role of accounting in business and enterprise is its ability to provide various information and
answers related to all kinds of financial activities. All financial related data will be recorded in
 the accounting system, making it easy to employees to measure the condition of organization.
Through accounting, we can find out all financial related data. Has it turned out that the
organization’s profits have increased in recent years or insted it has descreased.
5. Explain the most important case in running a business and enterprise according to you.
Answer: many case influence business and enterprise. But the most important case influence in
running a business and enterprise is management. Because the management can help us in
managing and running the a business and enterprise correctly and precisely in order to achive
the targets set. Management have some functions for smooth a business and enterprise:
