I will never forget the day I learned to cook.

I wanted to make so many recipes how

to cook meat, bake cakes, make soups and pasta. If I want to cook properly, I must
have a clean kitchen and the necessary utensils. At first it was difficult because I
did not have knowledge but with experience and time things were happening.
Many times I tried to do it but always something went wrong, I tried to guide myself
with YouTube books and videos to do it the right way. Many times what I cooked
was horrible and bad tasting but a few months later I was improving. After a few
months I felt better and my recipes also improved. I have always liked food and
what better way to do it if I do it myself. No matter how many times you have to fail,
the important thing is that someday you will succeed.

I will never forget the day I learned to bake and decorate cakes. I wanted to be
able to bake cakes and decorate them well. If I want to decorate the cakes well, I
must take the pastry bag well and be calm. It was really difficult because when you
take the pastry bag and you do not have the perfect angle, the cake will be badly
decorated.
I had tried many times before, but I was generally frustrated and impatient.
Anyway, I watched many Youtube videos on how to do it until I finally found the
right way to use the pastry bag.
I followed the different instructions and practice a lot. It was difficult;
Sometimes the decoration did not go well as I wanted and I felt helpless.
In less than three months, I decorated the cakes and they looked beautiful. It felt so
good; I felt happiness, I still feel it. I felt super satisfied. I had learned to make
something fantastic (for me).
It had always seemed incredible to me how the confectioners made different
desserts and decorated them. So, the moral of the story is that to be happy and
successful, you need to find something that motivates you; It does not matter what
it is if it makes you happy it's fine.
