• Became part of the classroom community by leading community circle and implementing class
wide sharing activities and games to promote an open line of communication between members
of the classroom.
• Built on students’ prior knowledge when creating a unit on matter revolved around hands on
experiments, creation of individualized hypotheses, and reflections recorded in Flipbooks.
• Initiated engaging and open-ended non-fiction text lessons incorporating Adobe Spark, scavenger
hunts, and scoots to motivate students in the learning process.
• Facilitated differentiated multiplication lessons utilizing formal and informal assessments by
providing multiple strategies using manipulatives and hands-on games.
• Supported students with emotional disturbances through the school-wide program.
