solvent-free urea-silicate injection resin mPa.s kg/l
specifically designed for rapid stabilisation of coal Component A Colourless 450 1.490
measures, rock strata and soils. Component B Dark brown 180 1.180

Application procedure
Packaging
Components A and B are delivered ready-to-use.
MEYCO® MP 364 FLEX is available in the They are injected in the proportion of 1:1 by
following packaging: volume using a two component injection pump
equipped with a static in-line mixer.
Component A: 29 kg metal cans
36 kg canisters
240kg drums

Component B: 21.75 kg metal cans

27 kg canisters
180kg drums

Special packaging for coal mining is available on

request.
Special Requirements
Please Note: The curing reaction time is
significantly dependant on the temperature of the
resin, the rock and the ground water.
Please store both components prior to application
In at least 15°C
To achieve the best mixing of the components
during injection, the inclusion of a static in-line
mixer in connection with the mixing head is
essential. The length of the static mixer should be
min. 50cm long for correct mixing.
Cleaning of injection equipment
For short breaks in injection, pump only
Component A through the in-line static mixer
nozzle. After injection and prior to storage of the
equipment, pump clean engine or hydraulic oil
through the pump and both injection lines (Comp
A and comp B).
If you leave the equipment for less than a week,
you can leave the injection lines with the product:
be sure to close the end of the lines with the
secure caps
For cleaning of fittings and couplings as well as
single machine components a PU cleaning
solvent should be used.
Storage
If stored in dry conditions, in unopened, tightly
closed original containers and within a
temperature range of +5ºC and +35ºC, the
components of MEYCO® MP 364 FLEX have a
shelf life of 12 months.
Caution: Component A is frost sensitive!
Safety precautions
Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet for safety
measures.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes by using the
required personal protective equipment, such as
overalls, gloves and eye goggles.
If contact with skin occurs, wash thoroughly using
soap and water. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse
thoroughly with an eyebath filled with clean water
and seek medical advice.
The cured products are harmless. Uncured
products should be prevented from entering local
drainage system and water courses. Spillage
must be collected using absorbent materials such
as sawdust and sand, and dispose of in
accordance with local regulations.
