SUMMARY, CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

This research is conducted to determine the relationship between employee benefits and
motives of different Public High School Teachers in Makati City.

It intends to show if there is a significant relationship between employee benefits and


employee motivation of public high school teachers on different educational institution around Makati
City and if the organization provides adequate training program for their employees.

This chapter presents the summary of findings, conclusion and recommendation of the study.
The summary is consists of all the relevant information regarding the findings done in the previous
chapter. The conclusion provides the overall clarification about the results of the study and the
recommendation are the suggestion on how the public would benefit for this research.

Summary

This study is entitled " The Relationship between Employee Benefits and Motives of Different
Public High School Teachers around Makati City" aims to discuss the relationship between employee
benefits of public high school teachers and their work motivation. Convenience sampling method was
used in this research wherein the researchers conducted each educational institution consists 30
respondents which results to an overall total of 120 respondents.

In the question about the compensation is appropriate with respect to the nature of their job,
majority of the agreed on the statement with the total of 10 respondents, following of 9 respondents
disagreed, 7 responds neutral, 3 respondents disagreed and lastly, 1 strongly disagreed.

In terms of the compensation and benefits policy of the organization is at par with industry
practices, majority of the respondents agreed with total of 13 respondents, next is 8 respondents
disagreed, 6 responds neutral, 2 of the respondents strongly agreed, and lastly, 1 respondent strongly
disagreed.

The company that offers wide range of health-related benefits to all its employees. Dominant of
the respondents disagreed on the statement with the total of 12 respondents, 9 responds neutral, 4
agreed, 4 also strongly disagreed, and lastly, 1 strongly agreed.

In terms of the ages of the respondents, eleven or 36.67% of the respondents are from ages 23
to 32 years old. The 33-42 age range takes up the majority of the respondents, which is at 40%. Five
(16.67%) of the respondents are 43 to 52 years old. While the remaining respondents at 6.67%, are from
53-62 years old.

Conclusion

Recommendation

Based on the findings of the research, the following may be made:


The researchers recommended Students to build and establish a good relationship with the
teachers whereas the job they had is to help students learn and be knowledgeable for present and
future purposes. Also, this study will give benefit to students, especially to those who are entering the
field of business industry.

The researchers recommended Teachers to be more aware of the benefits and motivational
factors they are getting from the school. In this way, it will help them to increase motivational factors
and know what benefits they should have and be getting for it will help them personally and for them to
increase efficiency in teaching.

The researchers recommended Government to establish and give teachers more benefits
especially in terms of health-related benefits that all public teachers needs to be having. It is found out
that majority of the respondents disagree when it comes to health related benefits they are getting.
Government should be aware and help teachers to be more efficient by giving them such health
benefits.

The researchers recommended future researchers to gather data and conduct survey in more
public schools not just around Makati but also other places in NCR to see the differences that other
public school teachers benefits they are getting. In that way, researchers will be having more findings
regarding the study they are conducting and also it will enables them to come up with better conclusion
of the study.
