Dear Parents,

I would first like to introduce myself and thank

you for allowing me to spend time in the classroom with
your child. My name is Kenley Cribb and I am from Hemingway, South
Carolina. I am an Early Childhood Education major at Coastal Carolina
University. I am a Junior and am so excited to be in your child’s Pre-
Kindergarten class. In my free time I enjoy reading, going to the beach,
and watching football.
I have worked with children for the past 3 years. I have had the
opportunity to complete field experiences in a three-year-old class at
Georgetown Head Start, a kindergarten class at Easterling Primary, and
a second-grade class at Pleasant Hill Elementary. I also work part-time
at the Early Childhood Center on Coastal’s campus, working with three
and four-year-old children. I hope to be able to learn a lot from this
experience and hope that in the process the students learn something too.
I will be in Ms. Somers’ classroom on Tuesdays from 8:00-2:00 and
Thursdays from 8:00-12:30. I cannot express how excited I am to be a
part of the Carolina Forest Cub family for the next few months. I hope to
see you all soon and cannot wait for the opportunity to teach your little
one.
