Lesson aim:
• identify verbs in the future forms
• practice structures in the future perfect tense
• improve pupils’ pronunciation and their ability of speaking in English freely

Stages of the lesson

ORGANIZATION
* T. greets the Ss, introduse herself and after gives them some sheets of paper and tells them please
write your names on this sheets of paper so I can call you by your names.

ACTIVITY 1
Lead in:
AIMS: - to create a pleasant atmosphere for the English class.
- to get Ss ready for the next stages of the lesson.
MATERIALS:
METHODS:conversation, speaking.

PROCEDURE INTERACTION TIMING


T. tells Ss I am going to ask you some questions and if the
answer is yes please clap your hands twice. Clap your hands if
you are wearing jeans, clap your hands if you have friends in T-Ss
this classroom, clap your hands if you are waiting for the Ss-T 5 min.
summer holiday, clap your hands if you ever think about your
future, clap your hands if by the end of the summer you will
have been to the sea, clap your hands if by the end of this
summer you will have gone to a wedding, clap your hands if
by the end of the year you will have studied English.
ACTIVITY 2. PRESENTATION
AIMS: to teach future perfect
MATERIALS: blackboard

PROCEDURE INTERACTION TIMING


T.tells Ss that today they are going to talk about a future tense T-Ss
called future perfect simple. After presents Ss on a large sheet Ss-T 10min
of flipchart the objectives of the lesson telling them thet by the
end of the lesson he wants them to be able to do the following -frontal
things. And reads the objectives. After T. draws on the
blackboard …(o axa a timpului)………….and asks them what
do they think that they will be doing by the end of the year
givind them an example. By the end of the year I will have
taken my driven licence. T. asks Ss to write their oun example
and ask some of them to read them. T.makes correction if
necessary and writes on the blackboard how the future perfect
is formed. S+will have (for all the nouns and pronouns)+ a

PROCEDURE INTERACTION TIMING


T.asks Ss to work in groups and gives them fise de culori T-Ss
diferite, each group will recieve o jumate de coala de hartie in Ss-T
mijlocul carei este scris anul 2050. Fiecare grup va trebui sa
scrie minim cinci predictii cu ce se va intampla pana in anul -frontal 20 min
2050.Pentru a le oferi putin ajutor prof le pune niste intrebari:

to the moon will be low cost? Profesorul le da 5 min pt aceasta
sarcina iar intre timp imparte table in patru tragand o linie
orizontala si una verticala .Apoi roaga fiecare grup sa isi spuna
predictiile si dupa intreaba cine deseneaza cel mai frumos din
grup si scoate la table cate un lider al fiecarul grup sa deseneze
cateva imagini representative pentru predictiile lor.
