Work Term Report

Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., is a company in which it is one of the greatest manufacturer of cars all
over the world. Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., is engaged in manufacturing, sales and related business of
automotive products. The Company’s segments include Automobile and Sales Financing. The
automobile business includes manufacturing and sales of vehicle parts. The automobile manufacturing
includes automotive engineering to innovate more of the design of cars.

Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., has a strong interest in automotive engineering-developing the best cars
on the market. The automobiles are designed by automotive engineers in which one of the branch of
mechanical engineers. The automobiles nowadays are now more of electronics in which they have more
features and more efficient. Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., collaborate in engineering activities related to
vehicle research, design or project management engineering function.

Nissan Iloilo has a good foundation in engineering applications in which they repair and service
the automobiles. The common services they offer is the maintenance like PMS and Change oil of the
automobile, also they repair air conditioning system of the automobile. Unlike the Nissan Navara D40
Models from 2005-2015, these models of automobiles is being recalled for the malfunction of the
airbag, so the replacement of these airbags are mandatory for the specified models of automobile. Also

In conclusion, Nissan Iloilo is a great choice because of the great experience. Nissan Iloilo has a
great accommodation of their OJT’s. The workers in the Company are friendly and approachable and
teaching us in what we need to learn.

SIGNATURE
1ST Week In this week I was observing the technicians, also
April 22-26, 2019 questioning them what I didn’t know about automobiles.
In this week also I worked with the technician on the
repairing and replacement of the turbo of the Nissan
Patrol. In this week I also help in the services where in to
change oil and PMS of the automobile, in the services
other technicians taught me how to use Impact and other
tools as well.
2nd Week This week is where I help one of the technician where he is
April 29 – May 3, tasked to deliver the chairs and tables to Robinson’s Place
2019 City Proper for the exhibit of the automobiles. Also in this
week I helped with the Services and I learned more on how
the correct procedures on using the tools. This week has
many costumers wherein I helped the other technician on
the replacement of transmission of the Nissan Navara D40.
3rd Week In the third week I was tasked to help on the Pre-Delivery
May 6-10, 2019 Inspection (PDI) I was tasked to Stencil the Chassis of the
car but it was not my specialty. This week I also help in the
services. This week I also learn how to replace the airbag of
the Nissan Navara D40. In this week I also help to arrange
the Oils in the Oil room and separate the Diesel to Gasoline
oils.
4th Week In the 4th week I was tasked to help the technician to
May 13-17, 2019 deliver the seats and tables to Robinson to exhibit of the
automobiles. Also in this week I was tasked to do the
airbags of the Navara D40. In this week I help one of the
technicians to troubleshoot the Nissan Urvan 350 because
of many repairs. And in this week I help one of the
technician to repair the fan of the Grand Livina. Also I was
tasked to do the Seat cover of some automobiles like
navara, almera and terra.
5th Week 5th week wherein I recently do is to help a specific
May 20-24, 2019 technician. I help in the replacement of clutch disc of the
Navara D40 and the replacement of airbag. Also I help on
the services, changing oils and checking of tires.
6th Week In the last 2 weeks of my OJT I focused on the Pavia Urvan
May 27-31, 2019 that is to be repair and replace with new suspensions.
In this week I also help in seat covering the automobiles
and in the Services. I also help in the checking of baic
where in its brake fluid is being checked and replaced
 somehow.

7 Week In the last week, I help in seat covering the mass arrived of
June 3-4, 2019 the new navara. Also I help in the replacement of airbag of
the Nissan patrol and the seat cover of Nissan almera. In
the last day I help in the seat covers of Nissan terra, navara
and almera also I helped one of the technicians in
returning back the interiors and the aircon of the urvan.
