NCH Corporation is a major international marketer of maintenance products,

and one of the largest companies in the world to sell such products through direct
marketing. NCH's products include specialty chemicals, fasteners, welding supplies, pet
products, and plumbing parts.
Responsibilities:

 As an Offshore Consultant, developed new objects like Discoverer Reports and

Customization of Oracle Reports and Performance Tuning.
 Also acted as a Point of contact for the Technical Team at Offshore.
 Responsible for Code Reviews of the fixes made by the technical team and to
ensure all standards are met.
 Responsible for Code Migration Activities to migrate the fixes to Pre-
Production and Production Instances.
 Extensive usage of SQL & PL/SQL with performance as the primary constraint.
 Prepared Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents for the critical and repetitive
issues to the Client.
 Performed Functional Unit Testing for the objects developed and documented
