 G ENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
1 - This is a named lease agreement and cannot be transferred.

2 - Any unauthorized tranfer noted by the management will be penalised with the immediate expulsion of all the persons occupying
the site and without any reimbursement whatsoever.
3 - No additional camper may occupy a site without the managements authorization.
4 - If your desired length of stay does not correspond exactly to the proposed lease periods, you will be offered a wide choice of
solutions, to meet your requirements as much as possible.
5 - It is advisable to lease your site in advance. Places are allocated without random following the booking order.
6 - The Management reserves the right to change place assignments on the campers arrival.
7 - A booking will only be confirmed on receipt of the booking form, duly signed, and accompanied by a deposit for the whole
period of stay, plus the booking fees.
8 - A confirmation will then be sent to you.
9 - Lacking the campers written communication, warning us of anticipated late arrival, the object of his lease will be at the mana-
gements disposal 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the agreement and the solde will be forfeited.
10 - For any cancelation, the campsite will keep the deposit for indemnity and the balance will be reclaimed.
11 - For any reservation, a partial payment of 30 % of the total price of the stay is required. Mobil-home and pitches : the balance
has to be paid 31 days before arrival.
12 - No reductions will be made in case of late arrival or early departure.
13 - On your arrival a deposit in cash or by credit card (visa, Mastercard or Eurocard) for the gates and control-bracelets :
for a campsit 60 h, for a mobil-home 230 h + 100 h cleaning charges (2 separate guarantees).
14 - Arrival inventory : the cleaning and inventory control from our side is done before the arrival of the customer.
The customer has to do the control as well upon his arrival. In case of any problem or anomaly, do not touch anything and notify
reception immediately. Departure inventory : make an appointment 48 hours before your departure at the reception. For all depar-
ture before or after the opening hours of the reception will be send the guarantees in French cheque or bank transfer, the bank
charges will be paid by the customer. Cleaning : 55 to 75 h.
15 - The guarantee will be reimbursed after deduction of possible charges for repair to accommodation or replacement of missing
or damaged items. 23 h will be asked for the lost of one magnetic card or one control-bracelet.
16 - For security reason, you will be ask to wear for all your stay a inviolable bracelet inside the camping site and the swimming
pools.
17 - Shorts of any kind are strictly prohibited in the precincts of the swimming pools, only proper bathing trunks are allowed.
18 - Animals are only allowed on pitches (not in mobil homes) with a valid vaccination carnet. They have to have a tattoo and be
kept on a lead. The owner has to collect the faeces of his animal and is not allowed to leave the animal alone on the pitch in his
car, in his caravan or in his tent.
19 - If a camper want to receive visitors it has to be during the opening hours of the reception.
The visitors are under the responsibility of the camper. They have to park their car outside the camp site and pay the visitor’s rate.
Visitors have to present their identity card/passport.
20 - The management reserves the right of expulsion without previous warning and without any refund concerning following
persons : each person not respecting the rules of the camp site, each person provoking disruption on the camp site, each person
agressing other peoples on the camp site and each person not giving true informations about accompanying guests.
21 - All campers are held to comply with the internal rules of their chosen campsite.
22 - In case of dispute, the action falls within the competence of the Court of Béziers.
