INTRODUCTION

In the following work, we will put at your disposal a compendium of activities from step 2
of the evaluation and technological negotiation session. Here we will be able to find
activities such as explanatory videos, analysis of articles on digital transformation and even
a video where we will explain the importance and why buy software that helps digital
transformation. The above center the development of the technological assessment topic of
unit 2 of the course. We hope you enjoy it.
OBJETIVES

- Understand and know how to take advantage of the competitive advantages that
intellectual property rights provide in achieving technological value for a company.

- Develop strategies that allow us to create wealth, knowing the value of human
talent and empowering it to increase the value of a company

that has subscription models that adjust to their economy .

CONCLUSION

With the previous work we were able to clearly and substantially conclude that the
knowledge of intangible assets that have the immense capacity to create value in this world
of intangible assets, although always having clear the regulatory framework and the lack of
intellectual property that we provide differentiation from the competition.
