Transport and assembly
Transportation of supplies and personnel in Bogotá - urban perimeter
Service details
Logistic transport includes the mobilization of food, furniture, table linen, kitchenware, drinks, sound and

The transport that covers this proposal includes the urban perimeter of Bogotá up to Cll 180.
Outside this perimeter, extra transportation and per diem fees will be charged, consult an advisor.
Other services may increase the value of transportation or require an independent contract.
ABOUT THE EVENT
This package does NOT include a lounge. The client locates the site to carry out the event. Duration of the event:
from 3 to 7 hours, outside assembly and disassembly times.
Minimum assembly time: 2 to 3 hours. Minimum disassembly time: 1 hour.
Pre-production of the event: make an appointment with an advisor to clear doubts and make the reservation of
your event (prior appointment). From 30 to 15 days before the event, schedule an appointment to finalize details of
the protocol, decoration, tablecloths and everything that pertains to the development of the proposal.
IMPORTANT: everything must be in writing in order to guarantee the quality of the service.
The tasting can be scheduled after booking the event and signing the contract, it is subject to availability of time
between the client and the Chef of Events and Rentals. More details in the "menu" item on the first page.

3 payment - 30% the day of the event before serving food
