PROJECT GROUP (25% marks)

Instruction:

Students are required to submit a comprehensive report consist of:

1. Background information on selected project (location, cost, etc.), introduction of

the report, scope of the report, methodology, discussion & conclusion.
2. Project proposal; work breakdown structure (WBS), working time, table on
duration estimation, Gantt chart, and comparison of physical and financial S-
Curve.

Students are encourage to make any logic assumption and it should be written in your
project report.

This project needs to be carried out in a group (maximum of 5 students per group). Each
group is required to prepare and submit the report on 19 May 2020, 5.00 pm.

Project Requirement:

1. Only for building works

2. List of activities required to complete a project is 40 activities (minimum).
3. Cost of the project is RM 400,000 (minimum).
4. Project duration is three (3) months (minimum).
5. WBS is three level (minimum).

Students will be evaluated based on:

1. Site Visit * not compulsory

2. Report Content
3. Report presentation (format, sequence of chapters, etc.)
4. Cooperation and commitment among team mates
